President of the Clinton County Bar Association, January 2020 through January 2022.

Represented client in a nationally known murder trial lasting 3 weeks.  Cross examined witnesses, including police experts and FBI special agents, and gave the opening and closing statements at trial.  Ultimately the Defendant was acquitted of 1st degree murder but found guilty of 3rd degree murder thereby avoiding a life sentence.

Secured a settlement for the $1.4 million underinsured motorist policy limits for an automobile accident.

Caused Driving Under the Influence charges against a Defendant to be dismissed due to the filing and litigation of successful pretrial motions.

Secured a settlement for the $100,000 policy limits in an underinsured motorist claim.

Secured a settlement in a civil claim for $50,000 for injuries suffered as a result of a dog bite.

Caused all felony and misdemeanor drug distribution and manufacturing charges against a Defendant to be dismissed due to the filing and litigation of a successful suppression motion.

Secured a not guilty verdict on all counts in a felony indecent sexual assault prosecution.

Secured a not guilty verdict on all counts in a criminal trial concerning charges of Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Assault.

Caused the dismissal of hundreds, if not thousands, of moving violation citations against CDL drivers.

Caused all misdemeanor and felony drug and firearm charges against the defendant to be dismissed due to the filing and litigation of a successful suppression motion.

Caused all misdemeanor and felony charges against a Defendant to be dismissed due to the filing and litigation of a successful suppression motion.

Caused all drug charges against a Defendant to be dismissed due to the filing and litigation of a successful suppression motion.

Caused all felony drug charges against a Defendant to be dismissed due to the filing and litigation of a successful suppression motion.

Caused a Defendant convicted of murder to avoid both the death penalty and life in prison due to the filing of successful pretrial motions.

Caused Driving Under the Influence charges against a Defendant to be reduced to traffic offenses due to the filing and litigation of a successful suppression motion.

 May 27, 2022 – Won appeal before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court

 April 26, 2022 – Won appeal before the Pennsylvania Superior Court

 A total settlement in excess of $1.5 million after nine days of trial in a wrongful death case involving a multi-vehicle crash.

 $635,000 settlement for a 19 year old who wrecked his car after being provided with alcohol.

 A settlement of $375,000 was obtained in a wrongful death automobile accident case.  The insurance policy for the driver who caused the accident contained liability limits of only $50,000.  The additional $325,000 of settlement proceeds were paid from underinsured motorist polices insuring the driver and other members of his household.

 Settlement of $315,000.00 for client injured when a tractor-trailed backed onto roadway causing a collusion.

 Settlement of $300,000 for a girl who was injured when a tree fell on her.  The settlement was paid by the insurance company of the man cutting down the tree.

 $200,000 auto accident settlement, Centre County, Pennsylvania.

 $175,000 settlement, underinsured motorist auto accident, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.

 Jury verdict, Clinton County, Pennsylvania resulting in $150,000 recovery for client injured when vehicle turned in front of his motorcycle.

 Settled auto accident claim for $100,000.00 policy limits, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.

 $100,000 settlement for hunters who were shot by another hunter while hunting turkeys.

 A settlement of $100,000 was obtained for a teenager who was given alcohol and fell down a set of stairs.

 $75,000 settlement trip and fall case, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.

 $75,000 settlement, slip and fall, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.

 Won arbitration verdict for 100% of the amount sought in the lawsuit, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania

 Settled automobile accident case for 10 times the amount insurance company offered client before Attorney Hall involved.

 Obtained a not guilty verdict in jury trial for commercial driver client charged with hit and run facing three year loss of license, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.

Verdict for client in divorce upheld in Pennsylvania Superior Court in published decision.
